Yes, we ship overseas.
Overseas shipping will cost 28 USD. US, Canada, Asia, Australia, New Zealand

Please note that the estimated shipping times do not include the time the package is at your countries customs. Please contact your local customs office in your country to get more information.
Customs duties and taxes
WARNING:
Shipping service varies based on destination country. International orders may experience delays in customs. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the European Union are solely responsible for all customs duties and import taxes.
These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs duties and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, shipping charges will not be refunded (but we are happy to work with you to get the goods back to your door).
Once again, please remember it is your responsibility to pay import duties and tax in your country. We do not collect customs duties and tax on orders made outside of the European Union.
Shipping fee refund
Your original shipping fees are non-refundable. The original shipping charges are paid for the services provided by the original Postal carrier, and will not be refunded to if your item is returned. Please understand.
Orders
Order Processing
We will pack your items for delivery in 1-3 days. Email confirmation will be sent to you once it leaves our warehouse.
WARNING: We do not ship on Sundays and Public Holidays. As Shipping Carriers are closed for business. Please allow an extra day when you order on a weekend or Public Holiday.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Shop with peace of mind - you can easily cancel or edit your order within 24 hours. Simply write us an email asap: orders@slabme.eu.
Please note we will not be able to cancel or edit your order once it has been posted to you. Don't worry, just send us the package back with the provided return label. We will issue a refund after we receive the package.
How do I make a return & exchange?
You have 14 days after purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (tags still attached). Please send us an email first at: orders@slabme.eu
Refunds
After we have processed your refund. Your money should hit your account in 1-5 business days. Please take into account that during weekends, refunds may not be processed by your Credit card institution or Paypal. Please wait until the following business day.
